Yeah I know lately People have called me alot of different things because of my Additude. I'm not really in the Christmas Mood Not really sure why... could be cause of the death of my father last year, or because my Brother's over in Iraq instead of home with us like he should be or just because my mom and other Brother and being Ass holes but I've voted to skip the hollidays this year!

you know I don't mind getting forwardd e-mails every now and then, and really I'm Christian... to a point I believe in Christ and i believe in alot of his teachings. I don't believe in CHRISTmas because it's not his real birthday, I don't believe in singing Happy Birthday Jesus and I don't Belieeve in the gift Greedy people that you see coming out earlier and earlier every year just so they can have what they want. I have no problems putting up my Mom's Christmas Decorations for her cause it makes her feel a little better and right now it's something small that she has left. I don't feel bad about putting X-mas instead of Chirstmas because it still has the same meaning.

Meaning lets talk about that for a bit what is a holliday supposed to be? gifts? greed? getting what you want? I was always taught the it was supposed to be about family and friend coming together and having fun and relising there's more to life then what you think you need in this material world. it seems like most kids (least the ones I live around) are so absorbed in what the latest fad(is that what it's called?) is as of late that they don't care what their parrents have to go through to get it as long as they get it. me I was happy just to know I got a Ken doll when I was 5 and it was one from the dollar store cause that was all my Parents could get at the time.

family? heh I love my family don't get me wrong I might complain about them (ALOT) but I wouldn't traid them for the world. even my Mom's side of the family who've done alot of mean things to us. honestly if we could all get together for the Hollidays I'd joyfully welcome them!

i guess I'm just rambling now but all I want know is that no matter what you call your holliday Hanukkah, Christmas or something else.. try to keep in mind what a holliday should really be about? family friends caring for other and not yourself
